ドットコミは大阪出身の日本人音楽プロデューサーであり、ボカロクリエイターでもある。ドットコミはボーカロイドを通じて物語性のある楽曲を表現し、重音テト、GUMI、初音ミクといったバーチャルシンガーを用いて、言語の壁を超えた感情を描き出している。その音楽は複数のプラットフォームで発信され、日本国内だけでなく海外のボカロコミュニティからも注目を集めている。「I Can't Wait」のような楽曲は、全プラットフォーム合計で2000万回再生を突破している。
